Returns and refunds
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition, including if you change your mind. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number and the item you want to return. Please contact us before mailing anything back.
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no return shipping charge or restocking fee. Please ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the label.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email and include a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs.
For a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We don’t process direct exchanges.
